There is no doubt that the wedding cake is one of the most, if not the most iconic item in one's wedding reception. It is said that when you don't have a cake, what you have is an ordinary party.
However, more and more couples now do not want their cakes to be in the traditional white or ivory colors, nor do they want to come in the usual vanilla or marble cakes. Today, wedding cakes often come to reflect the couples' personalities.
