We are a specialized Wedding Photography studio based in Italy, to be more precise in Rome. We work in a photojournalist style, friendly and unobtrusive to capture the best moments of our customers at their memorable wedding day. We take commissions for Rome, Florence, Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Time has changed, the world has became much smaller and always more couples come to get married abroad, so I decided that it was time to put my business under a new light and let couples coming form abroad to be able to know that I am here, and that I could certainly offer a very good service for them too. The best tool I could think of it was internet for sure.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
It was in 2004 it was my personal web site a very simple site.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I thought about something that could very well relate to my business, so as I am a specialist for wedding photography in Italy, I believed that photoweddingsinitaly.com could have been very well appropriate for it.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Its very straight forward, it tells right away what I do, where I am the photos represent all I can offer and is very fast to load
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Expand my business, and make sure more and more couples coming to Italy for their married find photoweddingsiniitaly.com and ask me to be their photographer for their big day. I have always done this job, and I want to keep doing it still for long and well, with the same passion now as it was many years ago. This is my business even if time change and technologies upgrade.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would find a good team to help me to communicate to the out site world and inform any one that I am here and that Photo Weddings in Italy is very good for doing the business that as always done "wedding photography in Italy" and "photo reportage for honeymoon couples visiting Italy".
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Being professional is not just about doing one job well, but is also about finding the right help the right team that can stand beside me at the right time, and keep growing,
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Finding the right tools to let the world know that my new site was out there.
What has been your biggest challenge?

social bookmarking, is what made me find a good change in growing
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Things look easy before you put your hands on it, but once you are there you realize that there is a lot of effort everyday to put in it if you wish to have something back.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Now is about one year and I would not give up for a long time believe me
Do you have any other projects coming up in the near future?
Yes My dream is to put very soon a much bigger team of what I have now next to photoweddingsinitaly.com to do very highly professional Video taking not just for Italy but for events happening all over Europe
