The wedding industry in U.S. which runs around $60 billion a year is also one of the affected sectors contracting with bad swing of the economy. Millie Martini Bratten,Conde Nast's Brides magazine's editor-in-chief, says people don't time when they fall in love with tough times, lovers do lessen spending just like what the Tucson, Ariz.-based Wedding Report which tell that average wedding cost fell to 24% from $21,814 to $19,196.

Wedding in a Roller Coaster

OK, so maybe the concepts of weddings have become somewhat boring that a lot of couples decided to become different and got wed in some strange location--including a roller coaster.

In honor of the 15th anniversary of the Mall of America's Chapel of Love, the Church gave away 15 free weddings in Bloomington, Minnesota last week.

The weddings were simultaneously held on a roller coaster at the Mall of America's Nickelodeon Universe.
